Niamh joined the Adelaide Health Foundation in 2016 and is passionate about the organisation’s mission to advance healthcare.
As CEO, Niamh works with AHF Board and team to deliver the organisation’s strategy under the pillars of community, research and education. Prior to joining the AHF, Niamh worked on the Executive of The Wheel, Ireland’s national association of charities, community groups and social enterprises, which is where her interest in charity governance was honed.
In her current role, Niamh works with stakeholders in TUH, TCD, the HSE, community organisations and government departments.
Before moving to work full time in the community and voluntary sector in 2012, Niamh worked in the private sector, holding several management positions.
She has served on the Board of Village Counselling Service [VCS] in Tallaght and has recently joined the board of Health Research Charities Ireland [HRCI]. Niamh is also an active member of her local branch of SVP in Rathfarnham
