Tom has considerable experience in senior finance leadership roles in the export led SME Manufacturing sector, with additional sectoral experience in a public sector CFO role and the retail division of a large Irish Pharmaceutical business.Building on a professional grounding in Accountancy practice he has successfully demonstrated continuous career progression leading to C Suite CFO roles.He has proven ability in presenting to Boards on financial performance, combining hands on commitment with strategic vision from a commercial and operational perspective, business partnering with CEO, Owner/Shareholders and SMT.
Additionally, Tom has taken on voluntary roles including since 2021 as Trustee/Director for a registered Charity providing funding for community organisations with a focus on participation and social inclusion and previously a role for many years as Honorary Auditor to a local GAA club
